Foil stamp artwork is kept on file for one year. After that time, reorders will incur a new setup charge. Reorder fee for screenprint: $45.
Hot Stamp Decoration offers the most permanent imprint with various colors including Metallics. Limited print area due to pressure and heat application. There are certain limitations when using hot stamp imprint method. Please note that screens and gradients are not available with hot stamping decorations. Silkscreen Decoration offers a large and bold imprint virtually anywhere on the item along with PMS colors. Imprint is not as scratch resistant as Hot Stamping.

PRODUCTION TIME
Production time is approximately 10 working days depending on quantity, number of imprint colors and availability of stock. Production does not begin until we have received approval of artwork proof and payment. Working days do not include weekends or holidays. Production time does not include shipping time. Production times shown are not guaranteed. Specific shipping dates must be confirmed with our Customer Service Department. Price and options are subject to change at any time.
CANCELLATIONS
There will be no cancellation charges if the order is canceled before the artwork is started. There will be a $45 charge if the order is canceled after the art has been completed. An order cannot be canceled if it has entered production.
SHIPPING
We require a signature on all deliveries. Orders shipped by UPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Some larger orders may be shipped by trucking line. If you have a specific in-hand date for your order, please contact our Customer Service Department with the details. Faster delivery service is available at an additional charge for most products.
OVER / UNDER RUN
An over or under run of 5% will constitute a complete order. Every attempt will be made to minimize these amounts.
IMPRINT COLORS AND SURFACE COLORS
We cannot guarantee exact matches among imprint colors and product colors. For example, specific colors will vary depending on what type of product it is printed on, the color of the product, and the printing process that is used. With most products, printing within one or two shades of a specific color is deemed industry standard. Product colors may vary as well. We work for as much consistency as possible, but there will be color shifts during production runs, and between separate production runs.

PROOFING & ARTWORK PROOFING
You will receive a .pdf proof of your artwork within 24 to 48 hours of completing your order. In the vast majority of cases, you will receive your proof within 24 hours.
FILE FORMATS
While we can work with virtually any file format, best results are usually obtained with a vector Illustrator .AI, .EPS, or .PDF file. More information about file formats and preparing your artwork can be found in our FAQ.
FONTS
If you require a specific font, please include the font file with your order. If you do not have the font file, our Art Department has a large library of fonts and can match your artwork.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
Prices shown include preparation of straight line copy set in our standard type styles and placement of customer supplied logos in an appropriate digital format. If special layout, trademarks, or type styles are required, layout is billed at $85 per hour. If reproduction grade black and white art or digital file is furnished, no art charge will be added. Note: reproduction grade refers to copy of type, logo and/or imprint, ready for reproduction without additional touch up.
